I can definitely tell the difference now vs not wearing them.

Wear these sometimes when I know I’ll be on the computer a lot to help with eye fatigue and right away I noticed they worked I was able to go to sleep easier and sleep longer that night so I’ve tried to incorporate them more into my routine.

They help keep my headaches away while I work on the computer. I was hoping they’d be more oversized, but they fit my face just right. No complaints!
