I didn’t expect much from these glasses. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try. My goodness, I’m pleasantly surprised that the moment I started using them, I don’t feel strain on my eyes from looking at the computer screen all day. No exaggeration, these are very effective at filtering blue light that hurt your eyes. I highly recommend them. FIVE STARS!
