First of all,very appreciate for choosing Lensmart.We sincerely want you to be 100% happy with your eyewear.

But if you're not satisfied with the products,don't worry, here is our service for you:

With our 14-Day customers' Guarantee, you can make a return for a one-time replacement or refund within two weeks of receiving your order, no questions asked.

Our 365-Day Lensmart Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A replacement pair will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

Note: The 365-Day Lensmart Guarantee do not cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

How to refund

Whenever you received our order but not satisfied with it, you can get fully refund from us without any questions within 14 days (start from the date of order received).

1.Contact us via email : cs@lensmartonline.com and inform us that you want to make a refund.Note: The sending email must be the same as the email when placing the order,or you also can give us the order details to prove that you've purchased the products.

2.In contacting email nicely mention :

(1) Your order number or the order screenshot.

(2) The reason that you want to refund.(Your reasons or suggestions are very valuable for us to improve our products and services continuously.)

3.Then our customer service will reply in 12 hours via email by informing you Lensmart's local warehouse address and consignee information.

4.You need to send the product to Lensmart's warehouse and share the tracking number with customer service (Shipping fees will be beard by customer).We will refund in 12 hours when we received the tracking number.

How to make a replacement

1.Same as refund process.Contact us via email : cs@lensmartonline.com and inform us that you want to make a replacement.

2.In contacting email nicely mention :

(1) Your order number or the order screenshot.

(2) The reason that you want to replace.(Your reasons or suggestions are very valuable for us to improve our products and services continuously.)

(3)Then our customer service will reply in 12 hours via email by informing you Lensmart's local warehouse address and consignee information.

(4)You need to send the product to Lensmart's warehouse and share the tracking number with customer service (Shipping fees will be beard by customer).We will SEND A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES in 12 hours when we received the tracking number.
