B***o These glasses are really comfortable & stylish...I wear them even when I'm not at the computer screen! I was suffering from constant headaches from increased screen time at work . The headaches stopped & my fatigue is so much better but I do still have to take breaks in between if I have back to back appts. I didn't realize how much they helped until there was an afternoon where I couldn't wear them at my office with a mask as they were fogging up. After just 2 hours, I had a headache & needed to lay down when I got home. I was still impacted the next morning. Since then, I will not do screen time without them. These glasses have been a big blessing & I love everything about them!

I have 3-kids so this 3-pk was perfect. They've had them for a little over a week and I've heard no complaints about headaches. So, I'm assuming they worked! They don't both them while they're wearing headphones and they've also continued to wear them after class when they're on their tablets, playing games or watching TV. Would highly recommend!!!
