M***y I have over 30 pair of glasses and use all the online rx eyeglass companies. I have placed 3 orders with Lensmart; 2 with free shipping (based on the amount of the orders) and one that I paid $17 shipping fee. The first order (free shipping) took about 3.5 weeks, only after I called asking about the status of the order; and the second order (free ship) took 5 about weeks, which seemed excessive. Shipping is why the review is only 3 stars. The quality of the glasses is 5 stars, but shipping is taking away from the overall review. I placed a 3rd order on 1/27/23 where I paid $17 for shipping; lets see when I get it.
